Sustainable development requires local ownership. Our capacity building program focuses on transferring skills and knowledge to local institutions and community groups.

We train Community Health Workers, Water Management Committees, and disaster response teams. We also strengthen the organizational capacity of local CBOs, helping them improve governance and resource mobilization.

This investment in human capital ensures that improvements in health and livelihoods continue long after our direct project support ends.
